Good catch by Romenesko. That “vagrant” — as so labeled by Benny Johnson in his BuzzFeed piece on modern politics —  is longtime Denver journalist Mike Littwin. 

I think that list came as the result of this list:

1. Do no research. Instead grab shit from around the internet, little of which you hold copyright.
2. Recklessly fling around defamatory statements for a few laughs. 
3. Adjust content and issue half-baked retraction if called out.
4. Lawyer up, hoping you libeled folks unwilling or unable to to sue.
